All slips include 20 amp service and access to fresh water on docks. Ship To Shore Power is available for an additional charge. Price varies per slip location and individual requirements.

IMPORTANT - CHANGE IN ELECTRIC SERVICE:
Ameren UE is now supplying the more efficient 208V service versus 240V to all new projects at the Lake. This will result in a monthly savings on your electric bill as a condo owner and as a member of the condo association at Lands’ End. The downside is that all boats wired for 220V will need a Step-Up Transformer in addition to the Shore Power installed at the slip. Failure to step-up the voltage could result in damage to any mechanicals such as the AC that run on 220V. Mechanicals that run on 110V such as battery chargers, refrigerators, stereos, etc. do not require the Step-Up Transformer. Please consult the owners’ manual for your particular boat. Shore Power and Step-Up transformers are available installed at your slip by CJ Electric 573-392-8507 or 573-480-6185.
